Longmont Sister Cities: Making a World of Difference
Based in Longmont, Colorado, the Longmont Sister Cities Association develops and fosters relationships between people of many cultures. Our first sister city association with Chino, Japan, began in 1991, followed by Ciudad Guzman, Mexico, in 1998. We recently signed an agreement with our new Sister City, the Northern Arapaho of the Wind River Reservation in Wyoming in September of 2021. Each summer, Longmont hosts a student exchange with our sister cities. Throughout the year, we work in our community to host fundraisers for student travel and participate in activities that promote cultural awareness and understanding. This program is funded in part from the City of Longmont and through funding from our community. |
2024-2025 Student Exchanges
This year we return to having our exchanges with all of our sister cities.
