The time of year has come for all LSCA supporters to renew annual memberships.
Memberships financially support numerous projects and provide assistance for all LSCA activities throughout the year.

Another fundraising opportunity supporting LSCA are rebates earned from the sale of grocery cards from
King Soopers and Safeway. These rebates range from 3-5%. LSCA has already earned $350 in rebates for 2010.
King Soopers cards are reloadable and can be purchased for as little as $10 from LSCA.
Once you have a card, it can be reloaded up to $500 at any King Soopers customer service counter.
LSCA currently has a number of these $10 cards available.

2010 Exchange to be Chock Full of Activities & Fun!!
Longmont's Ambassadors return from their Sister City visits and the Chino and Ciudad Guzman groups arrive throughout the evening of Tuesday, August 3.
Then everyone will sleep fast in order to hit the ground running on Wednesday afternoon for an activity-packed Colorado Adventure!
Included in the fun will be three bus-trip activities: Denver Day, Boulder Day, and Rocky Mountain National Park Day.
Along the way, the Ambassadors and Chaperones will tour the State Capitol, the Denver Museum of Nature and Science, Pearl Street Mall, Bear Lake, Trail Ridge Road, and see the top of the Continental Divide.
In Longmont, they will be introduced at City Council and participate in a celebration of the 20th Anniversary of our Sister City relationship with Chino, Japan, as well as attending the Jimmie Kanemoto Memorial Cherry Tree Grove dedication.
And then there is the trip to the Longmont Museum and Cultural Center, the Thanksgiving in August dinner, artistic expression at Crack Pots, making an ethnic lunch for each other, bowling, swimming, and fun with other local kids at the Longmont Youth Center.
Whew, are you tired yet?!? Well, with return flights leaving at 6:00am on Friday, August 13, half of the participants will be sleeping on the flights home and the other half rushing home from DIA to catch a quick and well deserved, nap! And, THANKS! to Jeanie, Jim A., Joe, Leslie, Mike, Rachel, and Ray for working diligently to get the schedule together.
